DELIVERY & RETURNS POLICY OF ALARNOVA

1. Introduction
This Delivery and Returns Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding the delivery of services and the return/refund process for online and face-to-face training programs provided by Alarnova.
2. Delivery of Services
a. Online Training:
- Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing access details for the online training program.
- Access to the training materials will be granted before the online course starts with the condition of payment confirmation.
b. Face-to-Face Training:
- Upon successful payment, customers will receive an email confirmation containing details of the training session, including date, time, and location.
- Further instructions or materials required for the training will be provided either by email prior to the session or on-site.
3. Payment Methods
We accept online payments through iyzico or through Bank Transfer/EFT. All payments must be completed at the time of registration for the training program.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
a. Online Training:
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations .
b. Face-to-Face Training:
- Cancellations made 7 days before the scheduled training date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 7 to 2 days before the scheduled training date will receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 2 days before the scheduled training date or for no-shows.
5. Rescheduling Policy
Requests to reschedule training sessions must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled date. We will do our best to accommodate rescheduling requests, but cannot guarantee availability.
