Building Energy Management

Pursuant to Law No. 5627 on Energy Efficiency, we offer energy manager assignment services to carry out energy management activities in facilities and enterprises that are obliged to assign energy managers.

- Industrial Enterprises with Annual Energy Consumption ≥ 1,000 toe
- Public Buildings with Annual Energy Consumption ≥ 250 toe or Occupied Area ≥ 10,000 m2
- Owners and/or Managers of Commercial and Service Buildings with Annual Energy Consumption ≥ 500 toe or Occupied Area ≥ 20,000 m2
- Electricity Generation Plants with Installed Capacity ≥ 20 MW
- Organized Industrial Zones with at least fifty active enterprises in the zone
